Prologue

(This is a prologue for my first Fanfiction)

“Harry there’s a Doctor outside says he has something for ya” Hollered a stage hand. 

Harry looked up from some bills and said “Alright bring him in.” Before the stagehand could even go back out of the venue to tell the man he could see Harry the Doctor wearing a white lab coat with white hair standing straight up and big goggles on his forehead. “Ah thank you very much good sir”. He plopped down a great big pair of goggles in a ornate wooden spherical shell and gold trimmings. 

“I found this and purchased it from a seer she claimed  it could access a higher physical realm I can uh confirm that it does show something but I have found no concrete explanation for it”. Houdini stood up and looked at the device the goggles were truly beautiful he could not look away. “So you want me to try them”? The scientist perked up and looked nervous “U-Uh yes Y-yes please I mean uh, that would be the first step sure”. Houdini rested both his hands on the device and lowered himself until his eyes touched it. Just as he did they seemed to fuse to his head two sparks and a river of blood flew out of Houdini’s eyes. The Dr. turned the other way and ran as Houdini fell with the device still on him nearly crushing his head. The Doctor didn’t make it out of the venue before being apprehend. 

 Bess raced into the room she gasped when she saw Harry fell to her knees and began bawling trying and failing to rip the device still melded to his head off him as he pawed at her chest. 

The magician was alive but was on the way somewhere. A truly amazing Circus.
